When you start having children, many things change in your life. All of a sudden, you do not have any time for yourself anymore.
But, children are truly entertaining and bring great joy!
One afternoon my husband was shopping in the grocery store and pushing our son at the time 3 yrs old in a cart. Our son sees a larger man walking in front of them and yells as loud as he can, "That man's butt is huge daddy." In horror and embaressment my husband says, "Son, that is not nice to say." My husband continues to push the cart and our son continued to yell about this man's big butt. In desparation, my husband is running down the opposite aisle as fast as he can to get away from this man. Just when my husband thought he had this man out of their sight. They saw him again. My husband runs in a panic to get to the checkout lane and get out of the store.
When our son was learning how to talk, we went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch. He could not say very many words at that time. He made lots of jibber jabber words and sounds. It was quite cute and entertaining. While we were in the Chinese restaurant, we sat at a table next to a Chinese family and they were talking Chinese. Our son started jibbering and jabbering a hundred miles a minute right along with them as though he was talking with them and part of their conversation. He sounded like he was actually speaking Chinese or a different language. The Chinese family did not speak English, but started laughing and talking to our son in Chinese. Not sure to this day if our son was speaking actual Chinese and if they could understand him or not. It was one of the funniest moments.
Let's go into an empty room or closet and scream. Well, that is exactly what our daughter of 2 yrs does. Our daughter likes to go into a room or closet and scream as loud as she can. Then, she laughs at herself. When I open the door, she smiles and laughs at me. Why? I have no idea. She thinks it is funny apparently and enjoys hearing her own voice.
Everyone likes to dance around to music on the radio, etc. Our daughter dances around the house most of the time. Anytime music comes on the TV or radio, she dances around and likes to makes up her own dance moves. She comes up with some very entertaining dance routines. She watched ice skating on the TV and likes to try and imitate the twirls and leg lifts that they do.
